Hi Alison, how are you doing? Thanks for your recent post card. You will be enjoying having Jan for company now.The concert at Inveraray seems to be going down well. Just a pity about the weather though however,I would imagine you just clothe yourself to suit, with wellies an important accessory. I am still dog walking, Mary comes home in about 2 weeks.Nothing exciting happening here. I,m off to bed now,
Goodnight or maybe it's good morning with you,
Love, Agnes xxxx

Hope you are fine. We are going home today for Eilidh's wedding. Can't wait. Will be good to see eveyone again. Got our patio laid and have put up my shed in the back garden. Had to shovel 2 tonnes of gravel off of our drive. We can park our car again.

Hi Alison
Its Connect fest at Inveraray this weekend!! I'm really looking forward to it and can't wait to see the Super Furry Animals. All the stages and tents were getting put up last weekend. Fingers crossed it stays dry! Sounds completely different from TITP - in fact you would probably like the on site spa to get your hair and nails done whilst waiting for your favourite band to come on. Silent Disco is coming to 'aray as well. Loch Fyne Oysters and Fyne Ales also have stalls and other local produce stalls. There's even burlesque dancers (what would Uncle Alistair say about that?!? ). I heard that there's meant to be a midget circus and giant board games like operation!!! Will tell you all about it next week!
Australia looks lovely!! You'll be glad to have a travelling companion for the rest of your trip. How long until you go to South America now? Araceli was asking my mum and dad as she's keen to meet you when you go to Peru.
Happy travels Miss MacCallum!!
Love Laura xxxxxx
By the way it would be nice to get an email from you some time!!!!
Karen & Grant
Thanks for the write up ol girl. It was a pleasure to show you about the isle (Oh so much to see so little time). I had a ball doing it. Just got word back from Tristan that he's flying to Tas today, straight to Hobart to his uncle's so I don't think I'll get to catch up. I think he started in Cairns and made his way down to Melbourne. He got himself a car and was driving about the great ocean rd and phillip island and was having a blast. Also this time around he doesn't have the s***s!! (Literally).
I have to say I was a bit concerned about your trip on the Ron of Argyll being a bit of a disaster after the crap weather they'd had in Maroochy. But I expect that by the time you started it would of been glorious days on the water. 3 days of seasickness would not be good. Enjoy nz and I can't wait to hear about sth america

Well done Karen & Grant for putting Alison up (- I hear that she hadn't had a shower since Feb)
Alison - so tell us more - were the inhabitants of Penguin like to wee dudes in happy feet? Get some photos up of the Forth Bridge Taz style - does it take all year to paint?
Did you add to the murals?
Were you betting on the seahorses (dothey have underwater race courses
Rowland sounds like homeJ
Richmond Bridge - they just can't get the convict labour these days to build decent bridges
Tasmanian chocolate factory sounds great -how did Karen get you out?
Port Arthur sounds both poignant and melancholic
On a more upbeat note - of course the Tasmanian Devils are real - one of them is called Taz and has a major syndicate deal with Warner Brothers
Wine glass bay - filled with Tasmanian chardonnay from Tamar Valley (near where you are staying I think)great idea.
How does it feel to be driven around (suspect that the Kangaroos, possums & wallaby's were mightily relieved you left the driving to someone else)
Where next ?

Hi Alison,
Thank you very much for the T shirts, they arrived a couple of weeks ago and are very much appreciated by everyone. Cara's PJ's and the boys rulers ect. were also a great surprise. Did you hear that Paul's kittens had 7 kittens! Hugh used his wonderful charm on me and I succumed and we now have Menoo our newest little kitten. He is really cute and Cara spends hours playing with him. The kids loved your photos and there were lots of ooooos and ahhhhhs over the cuala cuddle, and eeeeeks over the crocs!!!My mum was very excited to hear you were in touch with my Aunt Carol and even more impressed to are hiring a camper van! Need to see a picture of you drving that!!The kids keep asking whenyour back, I think they're missing you more and more.
