Hi Alison, me again. I was very interested to read about the Llasa Apsa dogs, I believe they are very sacred dogs in Tibet, they are very cute. Fancy you living in a palace !!! When do you leave Darjeeling? You must be enjoying yourself when you are finding the time flying passed. I was speaking to your Mum tonight, she told me you phoned yesterday, she was disappointed to have missed your call. The weather is still lovely and sunny, so hopefully it will be a nice Easter. See and enjoy your cooooold shower!!! Loove Agnes, Neil ,Brodie, Smokey and Lucky xxxxxxx

Terry is right, it's easy to forget you had a holiday. Although my hands are still hennaed from Delhi - it's been more than 2 weeks now, not sure how long it will last!
David bought me a Smart Car yesterday as a belated BD gift! He must have really missed me while I was away :)
I'd like to hear more about the Llasa dogs - my friend owns a whole pack. Email me when you get a sec or post more on the blog site. Sounds like you're really getting into the traveller's zone. Enjoy! And seriously, ditch some of the junk in your pack. Will be MUCH more enjoyable to travel light and buy as you need things, even if it costs a bit more.
Take care

Hi Alison
I'm back in Melbourne, at work.

:D HI Alison, enjoyed viewing your photos, must say I liked the camel, pity you weren't beside it. Glad you have managed to put the photos on computer, onto your site. So what have you been up to this weekend? We all took Brodie to Tayinloan again and had a lovely walk along the beach, we walked for about 2 hours. Guess what? there are six houses for sale in Whitehouse: the 2 new ones, MacCallums house , Maisies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. The Manse and the new one next door to it. So it will be a rather empty village for a while. Anyway must go now, Love, AGNES xxxxxxxx

Hello wee Nepalese Woman,ha ha. Seems funny to think you will be sound asleep right now, as I type this. Glad things are going well for you. Tonight I was at a slideshow and talk from a man who went to Nepal and went to Base camp Mount Everest, it was very interesting. he showed us a map, where I saw Darjeeling, so I was thinking about you. Hope you got my email. If not I sent a parcel to you today by airmail but dear only knows when it will arrive...... Look forward to hearing from you again soon. It is hard to believe you will soon have been away a month. Love Agnes xxxxxxx

Hi Alison, sorry it has taken a while to log on, i think my technology skills are as good as yours but the more we practise the better it will get. The photos look fab and you look as though you are really enjoying yourself you will be making such special memories. The volunteering sounds great too, it is just like you were meant to be there. I hope that doesn't mean that you won't be able to come home.
Not much happening here just working away as usual, my project has been extended for 6 months so i will be dabbling with the renfrewshire men for a wee bit longer. Kenny sends his love and you are making his feet very itchy with all your travelling tales!
Take care, love Maureen xx

hi alison,
great to see your photos - proof that you are actually in India and not just up the road
well, i had my friend lisa's wedding on saturday and the weather was practically tropical down in ayr! seriously it was a gorgeous day and we all had a fantastic time. i fell over twice doing st bernards waltz and strip the willow! nothing to do with alcohol, just disorientation from all the spinning around!
just sitting here at the computer having a cuppa tea from my new favourite mug (the spotty one you gave me!) and preparing for my trip to amsterdam - very excited. will fill you in when i get back.
