As with arriving in Dehli airport, leaving was not straight forward 10 hours overnight in the visitors lounge. It is seperate from the departure hall there are armed guards at the doors of the departure area. It took several attempts to get in to the departure hall. No time to dilly dally had to go straight through as there were huge queues for security. Flight was fine. Singapore is VERY CLEAN. I loved the toilets at the airport, spent ages washing my hands. Singapore airport I would not mind being stranded lots of shops a spa and pool. Hostel is nice very friendly. For all of you who love shopping Singapore is the place to come. THere are mall after mall of air conditioned shopping centers. So start saving just come in the clothes you are wearing and buy a huge suitcase. The time to come is May and June when the sales are on. There is a lot more to Singapore, but to tired to write anymore need to go to bed. Went on a 3 hour tour quite interesting but saw more on my own. Went on a riverboat saw the Malayan Lion at the harbour across from the concert halls they are jaggy shaped mounds, modelled on the Derian fruit which tastes okay but smells awful. Went to Botanical gardens the orchids are beautiful and smell lovely. Went on the Night Safari at the zoo took the MRT there but got a taxi back the driver could not find the hotel, it was entertaining. Had lots of food from Hawker stalls they are really cheap and tasty, had oysters cooked ate off of banana leaves. I am so glad I have finally got back onto this am now in Mala
