The job is proving to be quite good fun. The store (of the future..owww!) is finally open and we've even sold some stuff! I'm working with 3 other guys, Jack, Russell and Greg who are all good fun to be around, especially when we're having a quiet moment. As our store is a dealer store, we don't work by commission but by store targets so everyone is very supportive of each other, especially as we're getting to grips with how things work. This whole week we’ve been in training, learning all the tricks of the trade so that we sound like we know what we’re talking about when speaking to customers…! Hopefully as Christmas creeps up, it’ll get a little busier, oh and we should get our Blackberry’s very soon- yay! It was Halloween a few nights ago which was fun, delivering goodies to 3 ½ foot ghosts. I carved two pumpkins which I was quite proud of until someone remarked that one looked like it had taken too much LSD (thank you Russell!). The pantos coming along nicely, we have to give up our scripts by next week- ekk! It’s amazing how many adult jokes are sewn into an innocent child’s pantomime!! We still laugh at them even though we’ve heard them all before. I’m slightly apprehensive about my nuns costume; it’s not going to be the most glamorous thing to wear I’m sure! I’ve been very lucky and seen some fantastic plays here. Went to one recently called Proof. I think there was a film by the same name, it’s about a schizophrenic mathematician and his daughter who proves some theory after he dies, but no one believe it was her, but then it’s all happy in the end. It felt like you were watching a movie the acting was so good.

My aunt has just come out of hospital having had her 2nd knee replacement operation. It all sound rather painful with having to break two bones, ouch! But she’s recovering at an amazing rate and is remarkably coherent, even when on morphine! So everything is plodding along nicely here, hope you’re all well!!
