Well from Cape St Francis we decided that it'd be a good idea to head to some good surfing beaches to try out our new boards some more. We'd had some modest success at Cape St F and were feeling just a wee bit confident. This was clearly tempting fate too much. The three places we've been since: Plentenburg Bay, Knysna and Buffalo Bay, are all supposed to be good spots but so far have simply been either miles from the sea, hidden in cloud or flat as a mill pond. Its also started to get a bit chilly - what's up with that?!
