We managed to have a quiet night in Queenstown yesterday, got up late, had lunch and then took Vicki to hospital where it was discovered she's got blood poisoning, dear oh dear, this sort of thing seems to follow me.

She's feeling ok though and we went to the cinema to see Mission impossible 3 with a big group of us.

today has been another good one coz we went jet boating. This is done all over the world but the Shotover jet is advertised as the world's most exciting and they are the only company to use the Shotover canyon because its so dangerous to jet boat in hehe.

the trip was absolutely awesome, the boat travels at over 80km/hr and 800 litres of water pass through it every second. You get spun round 360 degrees and almost hit the rocks at every turn but the drivers have so much skill they turn the boat just in time to avoid being hit.

Really was a buzz, although we got really soaked and the water was freezing. Not long left in Queenstown now coz I'm on a day trip to milford Sound at 6 in the morning then onto Christchurch on saturday.
