Wake up at 6ish, breakfast and set of on a walk in the park up a mountain called "Angel's Landing". It's a normal steep walk for the first 2 miles and takes us about 45 minutes to get to that point but the final 0.5 miles is across a narrow sandstone ridge. Wake up in the morning recivered from the mystery bug I caught the night before that prevented me from remembering things :). But finding out that my illness had been taken advantage of with writing on my back of, "Jess is amazing" & Nigel had his name on there to but had been crossed out. Leave the Grand Canyon and arrive in Utah at a place called Eastor's Ranch, one group goes horse riding while me and the others hang around and play pool in the barn. The group returns and the 2nd group goes out. My horse is called Fonzy, you can see what he looks like in the photo. Arrive back at the ranch just over an hour later in time for a quick clean up and dinner, a delicious steak dinner, I don't think anyone had any left overs!! Go back to the barn where...

Long drive today to Monument Valley, 310 miles. We stop of at a park along the way for abour 1 1/2 hrs for lunch and few ball games. Then head back on the road for the Monuments. We arrive........ and what amazing place it is, it really was true what a sign a saw, on the way, said - "Monument Valley, 8th wonder of the world", the sights were just breath taking, I wouldn't know where to or how to start describing the beauty of this place. we finish the 2...
