Leave site about 8 & head towards Carlsbad Caverns, of all the times for my camera to faulter on me, arghhhh!!! What an amazing spectacle, the caves were absolutley incredible, if im honest again not what i was expecting at all. we have headphones and spend about 2 hours, 2-2.5 miles, wallking around the caves looking at all the cave formations and hearing the history of the cave. Go back above ground and temperatures have hit 40degrees celsius. Drive to out next site then drive down to a river where we spend over an hour in the water playing ball games, head back to camp for dinner then the surprise for the day........ Taft takes us all the a drive in cinema to watch Angekls and Demons, we take the seats out of the bus and sit watching the film. After the film head back to the camp site where it is still warm so I think about staying outside for the night and Alex joins me. Nigel joins us for a bit because he couldn't sleep where he set up his tent because he pitched it right on top of a rock!!! After 15mins he decides to sleep in my tent because he didn't want to get any bites! lol.
