Hi all, nearing the end of our trip now only a week left in Australia. We are now in Townsville staying at ex work mate of Adams for a couple of nights. Had a good last weekend in Barcaldine with 2 all day pi** ups but we also got a bit of extra work in a restaurant together for a couple of nights. Hi all, we are still in Barcaldine. Adam is still working in the tyre centre full time whereas I only do 16 hours a week in the shop. Bless him I think its hard going in the heat, in bed at about 9.30pm on a work night. Trying to keep ourselves amused in our free time. We were taken fishing last Saturday, about 160kms away, 5 hours fishing and not a thing!! We did the touristy thing on Sunday and when to the local museum and Roses coffee shop for an iced coff...

Now then peeps.Well, what a day we have had today. You'll be glad to know that I (Adam) am currently empoyed at a tyre garage. I have spent the day taking tyre off rims and putting new ones back on. Also they have quite a few punctures out here so been mending them also. Then we took three trailor loads of old tyres down to a dump site in the mid-day sun and unloded them, I almost passed out!!Only got the job for three days at the moment, so we'll see how we go b...

G'day all, we have travelled some distance since our last blog. We went up to Sysdney and stayed with Rich and Sam again which was very nice and had a wander around the art galleries and gardens and had a coffee and cake near the bridge and opera house.
