Ica...home to the highest dunes in the world so they say-thank god we didn´t go sand boarding down any of them!

Had a great morning here zooming down the dunes on our boards. Sand everywhere, a few scrapes and lots of bruises..but so much fun! Some of the dunes were quite steep..and we got up some speed, the only way to slow down ebing to ram your feet into the sand-actually quite hard when you´re going so fast!

After lunch we had a swim at the oasis...rather surreal being stuck in the middle of the desert....then went to a pisco winery to see (again) how pisco is made in this area, and get lots of free samples!
