So today was a relaxed morning, a nice Sunday sleep
in, a yummy breakfast as it was the first time mango
was presented in the fruit available - delicious. We headed to the airport stopping
on the way at a family temple - a beautiful ceramic decorated temple,
the land would have been gifted to a worker of the palace at the time
- the temple was built to be used for the family and it's
generations.

Arrival in Saigon, now known as Ho Chi Minh City, was
about 4pm in the afternoon. The hotel we are staying in, is in a great
location, right by the river, we have a view from level 13 of the river.

Dad and I ventured to the roof top café, for a cool drink
before getting ready for dinner. The view was magnificent.

The hotel is seven star.........well that is what my pillow
suggests!!!

Dinner was at the KOTO restaurant of Ho Chi Minh,
similar to the one we enjoyed in Hanoi, the food was one of my favourite
dinners. Share plates of Vietnamese dishes that most we had not
tried before.
