Set off for Byron Bay on 7th January from Sydney, eventually after a 14 hour bus ride we made it to Byron. Arrived late on so just had a wander through town and found where the beach was (all the important stuff!). Our only full day we decided to spend on the beach but there was a huge downour as we got outside so had to wait for a bit to get on there. Arrived in Sydney on 27th December and are staying with Becky F's aunty and uncle, Geri and Andy. Have been enjoying lots of lovely home comforts, yes including a flushing toilet! haha.
