Decided to visit Cambodia before flying home so booked a 4 day 3 night tour over land. What a good day, visited 3 area's first was Bang Pa In Palace Grounds were well kept, they had cut bushes into the shape of various animals, Elephant's, Tiger, sheep as well as a few others. The palace itself was quite small but inside was lovely, with gold painted area's and screens which have beautiful carved pictures painted bright colours. Arrived in Bangkok 27th staying till 2nd July, finally managed to go to see the bridge over the river kwai although it is actually Kwae,but the film changed the spelling. There is nothing left of the wooden bridge only the old iron bring that was partly destroyed in the war, hence the japanese had the wooden one built.
