Following another boat journey we arrived at another paradise island, koh samui. Here our hotel was beautiful and had a rooftop pool with amazing views! This was an island with things to do as well so we hopped in a mini van and explored the sights, temples, Buddha statues, view points with views of cystral clear sea and white sand! The islands in Thailand are known for their pure sands and blue sea and normally Sun! We have been blessed with rain so far on our beach days but it hasn't stopped us! My new group is as awesome as the last and we are making the most of every second, it's a few people last few weeks like mine . We have been true Brits and were sunbathing until the rain was to bad for reading, swimming in the sea until things started nibbling our legs. The sea is pure blue and war...

So back in Bangkok I explored the chaotic streets and markets in China town sampling amazing street food on route! After possibly the best nights sleep even when surrounded by 5 snorring men (the joys of mixed dorm rooms!) I ventured onto Thailand's underground system which puts London's to shame! So following a great busy time in Chiang mai the bus to Pai was a surprise...through the mountains around 762 bends making even the well travelled slightly sick! One fellow traveller was armed with mints which helped ease the green tinge to my face!
