....yes, Hannah, five messages is not quite 6, or did you miss out on that day at school? We went to Puno on our Peruvian trip - very cold. From there we went to Isla Taquile on Lake titicaca and stayed for several days.... excellent time. So, I went for a run this morning at 5:30am after Arran was aweake since 5 with a cough and wouldn;t stay in his bed....!!! So, at work for 7:30am, not bad. Now I am so tired I shall spend the rest of the day day dreaming. Well, I'm off to Kb again soon.

That scam sounds a bit scary - tell them that they stink more! sounds like you're having a good time, bit of a shame you didn't make it to the beach - I suppose there's lots of other weekends you can go. Do you think they'll tell you where they're moving too?!! sounds a bit of a strange situation or maybe its just the bolivian way?? Well its nearly home time, have had a very boring long day, think I might go out for a run this evening if its not too cold, has been raining all day :-( Hope you don't have any other strange scams done on you, speak to you soon....h

I´m pleased you two are enjoying the message board.... and duncan it is not shenanigans, i am doing very important stuff. Yesterday I had to get 8 children to draw a picture of a country they want to visit. Most of them drew Bolivia. Do you think that my spanish might have been a bit out? (I drew Laos, I was going to draw Russia but it was too big and complicated). Anyway i went to Puno last weekend and have put a postcard on about it if anyone´s interested. More photos to come soon.... it´s very complicated here and involves a lot of looking lost and asking for help!

Duncan...do you have nothing to do at work at all?! well I can't be bothered today and thought I'd check Murrays message board only to see that you seem to be having a very jolly conversation to yourself...is Marie aware of your madness?! perhaps its not monsters Arran is thinking is under the bed but his mad daddy talking to himself! Al has gone sailing today, not fair I'm stuck at work it stinks....I told the guy I share an office with to go to the doctors today as he said he has been getting sharp pains in his chest for the last month (he thought this was normal) it turns out from going to the doctors that he may have diabetes - strange...now I'm having to listen to all his symptons...what have I done?? Murray can we have some more pictures please - makes the day far more interesting looking at your pictures :-)

Aha! Message number 4 in-a-row? I made brown sauce last night from Nigella lawson's book... used a kilo of rhubarb, from Marie's Mum's neighbour, and a kilo of demarera sugar and a few other bits and bobs. Had it in my sandwiches today. Lovely. BEt you don;t get that in Bolivia huh? Cheese (Qeso?) and brown sauce (brunio saucio?) ...si, Espanol isanto soio hardio, nest-ce pas?

I know you went to Bolivia to escape from all of us, but all I can say is now I have a few minutes to spare, I shall try and get the record for the most number of postings on your message board!
Apparently a PhD student who had just finished and graduated and left had a DVD delivered to the labs... it was opened (by mistake, thinking it was 'equipment') and was fouind to be something quite naughty apparently!!! ...nobody knows what yet, but the secretary went quite red apparently. Well I never.
I'm off this afternoon to do some MALDI is anyone wants me I'll be downa t KB (Kings Buildings).
