Hello....Suellen & Nick went home today probably be home about now (its 9.30pm here on Sunday) we had a very good weekend if a bit boozy!! stayed in Friday and looked at Suellen's travelling pictures and then tried to match it by showing her our wedding pictures...I think Suellen out did us with quantity! Went for a walk in winlatter forest on Saturday which is a great place with lots of mapped out walks and cycling routes...will have to take you there when you come up here, we decided on the blue route without first really consulting anyone in the visitors centre how long this would take....so opted for the blue route, after walking for a while there were concerned mutters so we opted to join the green route which some girls said they were on the last leg off, as it was raining and it was coming up to lunch time it seemed a safe bet! Anyway got back and went to pheasant in for lunch and a pint - they had a nice roaring fire going so was a good option, then headed back to whitehaven to drop Al and Nick off at the pub to watch the rugby, me and Suellen went home and had cake and tea...yum yum. Then we met Nick and Al in whitehaven for food and drinkies....and ended up home what seemed like the early hours of the morning but was really quite early - obviousy not as young as we used to be!! Went for a walk on St.Bees Beach Sunday to clear the heads and then back home for roast dinner then Suellen and Nick where on their way....so all round a nice weekend. Looking forward to some more pictures soon....hope all is well at the borders! h & al
Mum
Hi Murray, have hauled your dad in to look at the latest piccies and he was well impressed....compared the gates. His is better.....Millie has had her IJs and is a bit quiet today, thanks goodness. She is also chipped - ow that hurt, in case she gets lost and has worm and flea treatment, can life get more exciting....? It has been very cold here this week, vests on and little robin hopping hopefully round birdtable. It was minus 2 when I got up yesterday. Lindsay is coming over with Sonia and Eliz on Sun for lunch and brining Margaret who will stay night and get on plane Mon which is her birthday so I've bought surprise balloons and will get a cake. Nice to geta way from The Lists of what to do next....it is the Christmas market the following weekend. sarah marchant's dad, wesley dropped dead ( on my birthday) down in cornwall which was a bit of a shock all round , especially considering both sarah and her mum have had cancer and were the 'ill' ones! Went to last PCC- where they were wortrried that David might fret about the bonfire and graveyard if noone took it over- and oh yes all barbie's jobs will need taken over err, dont worry to thank me for 20 years hard labour!Oh well Love mumxxx Hope Elle is better ??

Hello! Received your photo cd's ok, so will keep in safe place. also have received 2 more parcels - one long tube, and one smaller packet. Haven't opened them thought best to keep packaged up. Are there anymore?? I think the local post office thinks I'm doing something dodgy - getting v strange looks from them when I go in now! Hope all is well your end, been v busy this week, but makes a change I suppose, less time for sociable e-mailing though, realloy looking forward to seeing poppy - I'll get some photos when we're down and send them to you- if mum doesn't do it before...speak to you soon...h
Poppy ( Ex Trillion)
Hi Murray, I think your piccies are fab. Yopu can have a piccie of me as soon as dad gets his act togther and buys batteries for mum's digital camera. Dad says he does enough shopping as it is . The vet stuck a needle in my neck and I jolly well told him that wasn't at all funny.I've comehome to play and have got dad and mum exactly where I want them , and the cat is definately on the run....Can you come back and play with me , I need a lot of attention. Auntie Hannah is desperate for a cuddle and is here in a week or two- I'll see how she shapes up..A pair of Bolivian socks to chew would be good? Mum has her birthday pressie locked away by dad so she can't peek. Dad is going to buy her a mobile digital radio and take her to the Waggoners.I am under dad's shirt now, nice and smelly. Bit tired keeping them both amused.Lots and lots of licks and cuddles Poppy. ps dad says that the red salt is probably either iron or whatever flamingoes eat( pink shrimps?). He will consult his books when he unearths them! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Tim & Vikki
We hope you are taking care of Elle and have lots of mountain climbing etc planned. How is the Bolivian Sauvignon Blanc, and is there a Baroosh in La Paz??
Are you now fluent in Spanish? Vikki is now learning , but unfortunately the first part of the story seems to relate to her car breaking down in Marbella, so we may have to change our journey!!
Have you avoided any more scammers? I must learn b****r off in SPanish before we leave!
