Sitting here deciding whether to go out for a run tonight, haven't been since going on holiday, and contemplating that a. its going to be cold and b. hard as i haven't been out for ages....Going out for a meal later tonight which should be nice, there's 4 of us going for a bit of a catch up and gossip, hmmm maybe skip the run and go straight for the meal :-) It was a year this weekend that it was my hen do, can't believe it - time has flown by! probably wont be drinking champagne and betting on horses this weekend though....speak to you soon.....h

Weather is getting nippier which is not helping my general Happiness as things are dying in the garden and going Cycling in just a T-Shirt is becoming less pleasurable (that's just a t-shirt, shorts, sox and shoes !)
Also I'm having to revise for an Exam on th 7th of Oct which is realy no fun at all and screws up my drinking schedule no end. On top of all that I'm told the clock change at the end of the month which means leaving work once it's dark,,,,,, tidy times are here again!
Still I have Balls scootay to fix at some point despite promises that he'll come help at some point, and I suppose Squash will be on the cards again now that being outside after work is not possible.
Anyways best crack on with some revision :-( take it easy dude you have no Idea how lucky you are to be making Ballon animals ! I might make some myself, sure I could make one that looks just like you if I can find one that will take that level of inflation.

Back from holiday and back in work :-( sitting here thinking I should have got that recipe for the ice cream cocktails. Bruises nearly all gone from watersports and mossie bites slowly disappearing and less itchy - how I managed to get one after we had got home is another matter - hopefully it hasn't taken residence in the house or something! Still fab holiday will bore you with our video footage of us on the water planks and windsurfing when you get home - ha ha you can't escape it! your mountain biking pictures look quite scary - and cold! keep sending the pictures - will let you know when your parcel arrives......h

Hello Murray. Just to let you know that the nail has fallen off my finger that you shut in the boot of my car. I am not looking for sympathy but compensation would help! Have just returned from 10 days in Nerja, Spain and had a mixed time but managed to loose 22 stone! Thought I would try this message board thing but you know I an not good with technology. Miss you loads but you probably know that!

Hello..off work ill, bujt trying to do some kind of packing effort as off on holiday on saturday...20 kilos just isn't a lot is it??? especially with snorkling gear, musn't be feeling entirely right as the notion of taking out some clothes to be under the limit doesn't seem to phase me at the moment! Off to very boring AGM of the PCT where we have to be very very very nice to the public- the groupies who come.Normal people wouldnt be seen dead...and a lovely discussion on the White Paper on Cmmunity Health Care- which says push off provider Services ( that's me, Director of Nursing and Prvider Services- that gave me a clue..) we find you distinctly unappealing and we 'd rather BUPA or somebody did it all, who needs district nurses anyway.. Hope you'll be home to train Trillion, haven't got any photos yet, the breeder was going to try and put some on email! She will be 3 weeks old tomorrow Ahhh- all together now. I need clarification.

We are currently mid-move - work - and I am on a break eating cake (slightly overcooked) and having a cup of tea before venturing into the world of crates and boxes again. Obviously a small bit f cake as it appears not to have survived the first sentence! Anyway, made some rhubarb and ginger jam this morning - after leaving equal weights of rhubarb and sugar and 2 lemons to soak overnight....I boiled it for abnout 45min after having taken the dog out. Marie and Arran and Amy ar eoff to see ruthie and Abbie today... Marie's Mum has escaped child duty (not tax, that would be absurd! ...as in taking-care-of-the-children-while-we-are-at-work-type duty) for today... and I am looking forward to my next bothy trip - next w/end. It is also time to pick blackberries... already got osme at the w./end - enough for a small apple and blackberry cxrumble, but not enough for jelly.... toodle-ooh, i should go fill another box.... then some lunch I think...

Howdy! your pictures are great and a good start to the day to enjoy...mmm have just realised its 11.36am better get on with some work really, but am on wind down for holiday. Have a course tomorrow, which is probably unecessary as the powers that be have changed the package we will be using, but anyhow its a day out the office and another notch on the CV, so only 3 days left in the office after today, then we are on holiday!! :-) The kids in the pictures look like they are having great fun, you must be doing a great job with them. Its lovely and sunny up here atlast we have our summer, and we're going away, still will be extremly nice to have 2 weeks off can't wait!

...awwww you guys! Is the mountain biking worst road in the world called 'the kamikazi'? I saw something on the all encompassing 'Trans world Sport' one day about this downhill race where most of the amateurs got one day to run it and a high percentage had accidents but weren't wearing the correct protective equipment.... anyway, our fences are now up in the garden, we went to Blackness beach yesterday and had a lovely hour or som in the sun with a lovely cool wind... bought Arran a new bike for his birthday which is not secret and the wee man won't shut up about it ... and why should he? His first bike, how exciting! it is hangin up int he garage.. and if I could trust him to stay quiet I would let him out on in in secret when Marie wasn;t looking.. but he wouldn't... first time out he would be 'Mum Muuuuum! Dad lets me out on the bike!... so bike till October! MOnday again, we strat to pack up to move premises from the lovely views of Appleton tower to the darkenss that is the new royal at Litle france... Dncn
