Hello... after 3 days of spanish lessons i still can't ask the people in the internet cafe about plugging my camera in and dowloading the pictures. Will try next week. However i can order lots of food and drinks so am quite happy with the lessons so far! I'm moving next week, so if anyone was thinking of sending anything to my address, hold on for new address. It's all a bit random and bolivian so will keep you updated when it happens. (apparently this house is broken and not big enough, and the new house needs fixing as well. Don't ask!) Nearly finished my first week at work and can only remember about 3 kids names out of 70. When they are running so fast it's tricky to remember their names. I was being told horror stories of a couple that have escaped from volunteers in the past and run away to the streets, so I'm a bit paranoid about losing one now. The 'writing cards to dutch children'project is coming to an end tomorrow and has been quite successfull. Not sure what's in store for next week! I have arranged to go to do some street art with one of the other volunteers, which is a project where you take art materials out onto the street for any children, homeless, poor whatever to do for a couple of hours. See how that goes. I am still thinking about seeing the adolescents home, but i've been put off. One of the other volunteers went and when he turned up they asked him to referee a football match... not sure how that would go down. hasta luego!
