New Mexico part deux So we started heading back towards the West coast in our quest to find the long lost better brother, Alex. Our mission was simple, Head west, try not to be stopped by police again and reach Las Vegas by 8pm on June 20th where we would pick up Alex and a brand new replacement Mustang at the airport.... The main reason I wanted to go to Texas was so I could experience that moment, when you swing into a local bar and the talking stops dead. The piano tops playing.Drinks are placed down on tables. Heads turn. And eyes, from all directions, look you up and down. The wind blows through the bar and if you listen closely it would probably say something alike, 'wat ya doin here boi??' The hilarious thing is we really could have been drug smuggling murderers and all we would have had to do is speak in our English accent and any policeman in the states wouldn't give a fluck. As soon as we spoke, he just waved us on. It seems they only stop people from certain ethnicity typings. We stopped in a place just south of Phoenix for one night.the drive was long and the weather was HOT. It reached about 110f, which felt like 150f when the wind is blowing in your face while driving with the roof down.... Its hard life....
