We have returned from our trek.We're not sure where to start... so maybe the beginning is a good idea.We spent saturday night sleeping out in the jungle, after swimming in a waterfall. The guides made a shelter out of bamboo with banana leaves on the floor. It wasnt comfy. All of our dinner was cooked from bamboo, even our cutlery was bamboo! (will be bringing home). Herro! We are currently celebrating our own festival for not having the squits yet. Its fab. Caught a train saturday at 4pm in Ayutthaya. Got off it in the morning around 6am in Chiang Mai. As it was a night train, we were supposed to get a bunk and sleep in it. However, there were no bunks left so we had chairs, and didnt sleep in them. It was interesting for 5minutes because people kept walking up and down the train trying to sell you food, mostly dried fish....

WE'VE ARRIVED!!! And it took us 1 car, 2 planes, 2 busses, a train and a ferry to get here. But we love it. We are now in Ayutthaya, just north of Bangkok. The plane was long and boring, on our second flight we had two tickets for a row that didnt exist.
