After a good nights sleep on sleeper train and a long bus ride AAND a ferry we finally got to Koh Samui!!When we arrived we went straight to Naweng waterfall where we rode a lovely elephant called bang bang.we both got to sit on his head which was so much fun!!(pics will be up soon as can find a decent computer) we then went to see a mummified monk who is basically a dead monk sitting in a glass box..he predicted his own death and his body is still in pretty good condition showing his importance..he also predicts readings which is done by shaking a box of sticks and when one falls out the number of that stick is ur prophecy..me and kierans were not the best hehe.we then went upto a statue called the big buddah which was huge and overlooked the beaches and what we didnt realise at the time is it overlooks the beach we stayed on..so called the big buddah beach (so makes sense!)resort was lovely little beach bungalows literally right on the beach!so beautiful.in the evening we went for dinner in town on samui and i (jenny) tried my hand at some bhatering and got myself some good deals!!love it.
