Lots of antlers as an archway. There is an arch on each corner of park. Lots of animals shedding antlers around here.

Tim,I live in Whitefish, MT and go to Alberta and BC about 3 to 4 times a year.Looks like you are going to Banff. Also, looks like you are going up Highway 2 to Calgary. You won't see anything inineesttrg going that way.My wife and I go up 22 (Cowboy Trail) to Longview then west to Kananaskis Highway. You will see more mountains and many animals that way. So, if Banff is first stop (not Calgary) then when you hit Lethbridge, go west on (3) until you reach (22 North). Longview is first town you'll hit gas up before, as Longview is 90 km from Highway (3) with nothing but beauty. Go north from Longview on (22) about 1/2 mile max or so and take (541) west to Kanaskis Highway (40). Go north on (40) until you hit Canada Highway 1. Canmore and then Banff short jaunt from there to the West. Roads paved all the way. Bring your camera. We've done this trip about 30 times and it is always beautiful. Going again in October. If you are going to Calgary first and not Banff, go up 22 until you hit 22x go right to Calgary. A little out of the way but way prettier. If you are driving from Banff to Lake Louise, take Bow Valley Parkway instead of 93. We got lots of grizzly bear, black bear and elk pictures in June on that road. Stop at Castle Mountain memorial. Interesting piece of history. If you have questions call (406) 253-0723. Alex
