Missed a few days on the blog...busy busy here!
Day 5 and 6 on the IDC went really well. The classroom presentations are fine as long as you are prepared. Takes me back to Barclays and running workshops...this topic floats my boat a lot more though!
But the bits I am enjoying the most are the presentations in the pool and ocean. I'm getting really good scores, I think because I am enjoying it so much. Can't wait to actually start teaching now.
We had a day off yesterday to sleep off the hangovers from our team get together on Monday. Beers, pool and nibbles and yes I ended up on my balcony at 3am with music and FaceTime :) happy days.
Other news is that Becks left on Sunday...really really missing her already as we have pretty much been joined at the hip for the last month.
Luckily my Asia Divers family are here and offering lots of support for my occasion wobble about diving theory and flat tyre crisis'
Today is a lecture about the business of diving and then out on the boat this afternoon. Let's hope I can keep going the right way!
