After another crazy few days in Gili, this morning I made the journey to Sanur on Bali. Horse & cart, speed boat and minibus with a flat tyre made for an interesting journey with a hangover :(
But I had a great time on Gili T, I completed my advanced divers course in style with a night dive which was pretty magical. Also met some lovely people but think I have realised I'm getting a bit old to party like I used to!
All in all feeling very relaxed now and enjoying life, even the thought of this trip ending isn't bringing me down: I'm ready for some proper grub with gravy ;)
I'm with Bec and Ollie for next few days, there is talk of a surf lesson or maybe a wreck dive...need to squeeze the last few morsels out of my jaunt. Home in 5 days! Wow, it's gone quick.
