Today is our last day exploring with the Kelly's. A few scattered showers but mainly dry We head off on our "scenic" drive. First stop is Poison point where I led Jim on a hairy 4WD track to the waters edge. If we'd driven on the main road another 100m we would have pulled up at a lookout! Headed out from Pemberton and down to Windy Harbour. The scenery was spectacular and it was very very windy. No heading to the beach - all the locals were rugged up in their holiday shacks. A very very wet night. Left Margaret River this morning to travel to Pemberton - the home of the huge Karri trees They have had so much rain. All the waterfalls were spectacular and overflowing. Oooohhhh - very windy this morning and through the night. We didn't get the 10 to 20mm as predicted do that was a bonus. We headed out to Prevally to look at the surf where the Margaret River Pro takes place. Last year it was huge, today it was choppy as far as you could see and no one was surfing - terrible wind.
