Just a quick blog to keep you up to date with our travels. We left Zion early because we had a long day of driving in front of us. Our first stop was the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Rocky Mountain High! Colorado! This place really takes your breath away, literally. After a few minutes hiking up one of the trails, you are gasping for breath. We are not used to the altitude. Jon and I seem to be affected more than Rhonda. The picture is of me standing in Gem Lake, our destination today.
