So we picked up our campervan yesterday, her name is nessa! We drove out of Christchurch, south to a nice little campsite where it was only us and one other campervan there. The 1st night was a bit cold but soon warmed up with a hot water bottle!
This morning we woke to clear blue sky and cooked breakfast out of the back of nessa. we the headed to lake takapo. We arrived to see lovely clear turquoise water reflecting a mirror image of the mountains in the background! Next stop is mount cook. The biggest mountain in australasia.
