The world is my school today my classroom is in Jaipur, India.
Henna
Henna is a plant, which the leaves get mushed up in order to form a paste. This paste is what you put on your skin, after around 30 minutes to an hour the henna will soak into your skin and the paste will dry. Once the paste is dry you pick it off then the Henna if left on your skin, it last's for 2 weeks to 2 months. When the Henna paste first goes on your skin I the pattern it feels really cold, then you let it dry and you can see and feel it crack when you bend your hand or arm. After you start to pick and it can hurt a little like you are kind of waxing unless you do it while your arm is underwater. It might be a little painful while you are picking it off but once you are done doing that you cant feel a thing and it leaves a beautiful design. Jaipur is also a really busy city with a lot of sellers getting in your face and jumping on motorcycles to follow your car until you buy it, there also a lot of beautiful birds, like a lot of peacocks and phe asants. There are also a lot of festivals like: the Kite Festival, the Donkey Festival, the Teej Festival, the Gangaur Festival, and the Elephant Festival. Jaipur is a very cultural place and is also very busy and full of monkeys. <3 World Rings Bell

jordan rampulla wow! that so cool! I miss you so much!
Paige Bell, it must drive you crazy having so many people trying to make you buy something. I cannot believe they even follow your car! I saw the picture on your mom's Facebook of your henna and it looked beautiful! I hope you were able to attend some of the festivals. I heard that the driving in India is very crazy and that they are hardly any traffic rules. Did you see this? Miss you and I am thinking of you. Can't wait to hear about your travels. xx
World Rings Bell Yes, we saw more than enough crazy driving! xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo
