Hi folks , we are back in Quito having finished all our voluntary work in Ecuador. Thank goodness all that bumpy travelling by bus is over. Although the bus services are very good the roads are so bumpy and windy and it takes so long to get anywhere our heads and stomaches always feel quite shaken up by the time we reach our destination.
