Chris Moore Fantastic to meet up with you at Lake Tekapo! Hope your run to Christchurch was less eventful than ours to Queenstown . Lorry whizzed past at a rate of knots throwing up a stone that was hefty enough to make large chip in windscreen which rapidly led to 3 large cracks ( about 50-60 cm long) travelling in 3 different directions! Now have to spend tomorrow morning having replacement windscreen fitted! Don't forget to try a snack from one of the Re start mall containers in Christchurch - we thought that they were excellent! All the best. X
Chris & Brian We really enjoyed our Thai meal with you. As you started your journey home today we went white water rafting ( scary but great fun!) and then drove south to Te Anau. Now considering our options for Fox Glacier in a few days time - to 'heli' or not ?! Off to Mildord Dpund tomorrow. Talk or email soon. Lol C & B xx
re: Finishing on a highjodie I'm disappointed about there being no giant plastic fruit selfies ! ;)

re: 10 Things not to miss on the way to Lake TekapoChris & Brian We've been following all the news & events on the blog . Many thanks as it's confirmed many of the locations/ activities etc that we wanted to do! We're now in Singapore ( as from 8 hrs ago) and so our adventure has now begun. Feeling absolutely shattered cos of lack of sleep but trying to keep going until this eve. Managed to fit in round Singapore open top bus trip, botanical gardens & orchid gardens this afternoon and we're going to end our day with a trip & meal in Chinatown. Do you leave NZ this w/e? We arrive in Christchurch on Sat a.m. C& B xx
