Arrived in hoi an late at night so just went for some street food and a drink along the river.

Was amazing to spend day wandering the markets and little shops looking for all the hidden treasures they hold down by the river. Hoi an is also recognisable for their ability to make exactly what you want, so firstly you chose your material and then secondly show them exactly what you want. They then make it perfectly to fit your body, and this can vary from shoes to suits. Unfortunately we didn't get anything made as our overpacked rucksacks probably could not hold the strain of anything else forced in them. However we did all buy a small pair of shorts costing 20,000 dong which is around 60p.

Moved to another hostel 'sunflower'. As we walked into our dorm we bumped into Zoe who had been in our dorm in hue, it's amazing how many times you see the same people when travelling. She introduced us to nick and that evening we stayed in playing cards in the dorm, cute.
