Well, not seen much of Rockhampton or Great Keppel Island as I've not been well. Hours after arriving from Bundaberg I got ill and was taken into hospital. It seems I contracted a bug or ate something bad which gave me an upset stomach but I was really dehydrated too so kept passing out. Anyway, on the mend now after lots of fluid and injections. Weather has turned really hot and dry again so a bit sorry I complained about the rain now. Tried going out last night but was attacked by all kinds of huge insects so I hurried back to the safety of my hotel. Yes, decided to check into a hotel after the last dodgy hostel...it's soooo good to get a good nights sleep and not have to listed to snoring Koreans. I'm gonna see if I can do a bit of sightseeing before I leave here, it seems quite a nice town but gonna have to leave asap as I'm really running out of time now as I must be in Cairns by 8th Feb. All that's left to say is a big thanks to Colin and Linda for helping mum out finding the hospital number and for checking up on me. Love to you all, Suze.xxxx
