We have landed safely in Lan Tau and have baked nicely today. Air Con is worthy of the Nobel Prize. Simon and Sue met us at the airport (in true Simonesque style) and we supped bubbly watching over the lush greenery of the island. Bliss. Not quite switched off yet - well it is only a day into the trek so time will no doubt help us adjust. Flight was non eventful - apart from swollen feet - but we are looking forward to Quantas next time. Off to Bangkok on...
