Actually posting from LAX after a very long flight we arrived to find out we had missed our connecting flight because United cancelled our flight and booked us on one an hour earlier than we landed in the US. Needless to say it took more than a few breaths to keep me from jumping across the counter and strangling the woman. We were going to have to wait until 10pm but an opening appeared on the 5pm flight, mind you it was 10:30am when we got this news after an international over night flight with a crying baby. We are on "priority standby" for the next 2 flights starting at 2pm. Luckily we were able to get ahold of Tim and let him know about what the issue was Cold and tired and smelly the first thing I thought to do was post and let you know just how "lovely" the end of our trip has been. And it's not over yet...but I have book, and a cheezy LA sweatshirt for $18 so looks like I'll have plenty of time :)
