Flight to Los Angeles from Vancouver

Had a good flight from Vancouver to Los Angeles. Sat next to an Australian couple who stay in Brisbane who were on holiday to Vancouver and surrounding area for 6 weeks, they were also attending a family wedding on Victoria island. I explained to them what I was doing on the flight to Los Angeles, travelling for 6 months to oz and new Zealand. They gave me some helpful tips, locations in New Zealand, and in Australia as well. They also offered if I get stuck for accommodation while I'm in Australia a place to stay if I was in Brisbane, I did tell them I do have cousins who stay in Brisbane, it did take me a bit by surprise though but I thought it was nice of them to offer anyway.

At Los Angeles airport, i found it very confusing. When you arrive at the lax terminal there is no indication for were you are supposed to go. Lucky the Australian couple who I spoke to on the flight very kindly pointed me in the right direction since they had been to Los Angeles before. If it wasn't for them I would have been lost!! I found the departures terminal which i had to go onto the top level, and try to figure out the chaos inside. Eventually managed to figure it out.
