Thought it was about time for a second installment! We left Bangkok and took the train to Hua Hin which took 3 hours and i saw a monkey through the window pretty cool! Got to our hotel and couldn't believe how nice it was. Hua Hin wasn't what we were expecting, it had a beach but they were doing horse rides along the whole length of it and they don't clean up the crap so if you wanted to swim you had to dodge the floaters! On our last day we had hours to kill as we checked out at 12am and the overnight train didn't leave untill 11:20 pm. We walked down the beach for about 3km as theres a small mountain at the far end with a temple and the biggest Buddah you've ever seen, apparently there are monkeys living here but we didn't see any. It was raining all day and we got stuck in a monsoon so we took shelter in a resturant for about two hours! The overnight train was brill did'nt get much sleep though, got a bus then a ferry and then another bus to Ko Samui we were kackered by the time we got there but it was totally worth it. Its stunning here crystal clear water, white sand, palm trees the lot, total paradice, real Thailand. Even the locals are more layed back here, the only bad thing is the mosquitos! They seem to love Haigh blood! Keeps them away from Wes at least!! Highlight so far was last night(24th) went to a cabaret show all male well kind of if you know what i mean!!!!! We met a guy from our appartment called Carl and he came with us. When the star attraction came out even i was in doubt that this was a bloke he'd obviously has some work done! Wes and Carl were very confused! We have some great pictures you will laugh your asses off! will post them soon! Having a Thai massage today very relaxing.
