More desert once we passed Carnarvon, did spot farm paddocks with hundreds of termite mounds just before we turned off to Coral Bay.

Arrived in Coral Bay with plenty of time to relax. Did an afternoon snorkel tour with Coastal Adventure Tours ... 2 hour snorkel and cruise on a glass bottom boat. This included a pass over a coral bombie known as Ayres rock. This is on the inner reef and is about 2,000-3,000 years old. Pretty impressive.

First snorkel site was at a place called Snapper Hole, followed by The Acquarium. Visibility was okay, water was cool and we weren't wearing wet suits.
