we have arrived in siem reap in cambodia and we had met an american couple who travelled with us. it took us 12 hours to get here in total. first we got a bus from pak chong to khorat which took 1hr 30mins then we had to wait half an hour to get bus from khorat to poipet which took 4 hours. that was the easy part. it had taken us about an hour to to get visas sorted then we had to get a taxi from aranya prathet to sien reap which took 3hrs 30 mins. the worst drive of our lifes. in that whole 3 hours there was no town just a plain, straight, extremly bumpy road and the worst driver ever. then we had stopped before we got in to sien reap town as the taxi driver tried to get us on to a tuk tuk for more money but we made him take us the whole way into town. these people wud robbed there grannys. we are staying in a beautiful hostel which makes up for the bad journey. we'll keep you posted
