We then took a flight down to Krabi on the south west coast of Thailand. Krabi Town is the provincial capital but is still only a small town. It has a loely temple made out of carved white stone/marble.

The best parts of Krabi province are found in the surrounding countryside and along the nearby beaches and islands. After a few nights in Krabi town to recover from the cold we both caught, we hopped on another bus to one of the large islands nearby called Koh Lanta.
