When you travel you see some of the most amazing things on the planet, but I guess this week I've come to realise that sharing the experiences with special people is what makes those places and sights memorable. This week I've had the pleasure of Lance's company and believe me, Lance is a very very special person for me and so my time here (although short and sweet) will always be very very memorable - so cheers Lance I'm going to miss you tons. But enough of that sentimental rubbish what have we been up to since Vegas?

Actually we've just kind of crusied around Reno which is a city I've grown to really like, we did visit Virginia City a real old western cowboy town and also the beautiful Lake Tahoe. We've been to watch live music in the park (great idea here, free gigs every weekend as the sun goes down), I've been drinking (of course) and shopping (of course) and had fun with Bella in the doggy park - and all whilst trying not to burn in the hot sun that's suddenly appeared.

Anyway I'm going to keep this very short as basically I'm leaving here today and have to pack my backpack for one last time (and I'm feeling a little sad right now so finding this blog hard to do). South America and the States have been great fun but I guess it's now time to come home, where a muddy field in Somerset awaits me and I hope that's going to cheer me up.
