Days 10-16: From Arusha we had two drive days ahead of us to reach Dar es Salam, from there we would catch the ferry to Zanzibar island. Days 8-9: After the scary night camping in the Serengeti we got up early and did a game drive through the Serengeti to go out a different gate on the other side. Day 7: As we entered the park we began to see animals straight away. We were heading for our campsite on the way we saw impalas, zebras and giraffes standing right beside the road and lots of playful baboons. Days 4-6: After the gorilla trek in Rwanda we spent the next day looking around the local town and visiting the market. The day after that it was time to leave Rwanda to go into Tanzania heading for the Serengeti National Park. This consisted of 3 long drive days on the truck but they were certainly eventful!!
