a 2 night stop over in KL to break the journey home.

a quick stop in Paris for 2 and a half days and now at the airport waiting for the next flight.

sadly this is my last night in Italy,today a visit to Pompeii and a walk up mount Vesuvius.the mist rolled in so couldn't,see much but carried on to the top it was a little chilly.(photo was taken,had 15 minutes more to walk to the top ) we could have gone a little further up with a guide.

it's been a very busy couple of weeks.I am now in Rome. it's hot.did not have a very good start here.our train was over an hour later,then a fast walk with packs to hostel,seemed to take a long tie to get keys for runs.bags dumped we basically run thru the streets of Rome in 32 degree heat for 20 minutes to the metro .seat dripped off us we jump on the metro.bliss,air conditioning.off again and a made dash to the Vatican. ..final there,bottles of water consumed ...

stayed at university.first couple of I spent in Edinburgh, city bus tour,walked around ,Edinburgh castle, greyfrairs Bobby ,the royal mile,more walking,visit to cemetery, princess park,queens park,more walking.on the second morning I leapt on the bus,brought a day pass and sat down.then realised I was going in the wrong direction.I could have jumped f2f at the next stop but decided to stay on and see where I would end up,I figured it would eventually go back to ...
