We left Les and Hazel today (hoping to catch them in Queenstown on the weekend) Our first stop was Peter's cafe with our flasks! He kindly filled them up with hot chocolate :o) and we got to meet his wife Wiki - who very nicely gave us christmas chocolate bags each (which we quickly tucked into!)

Our second stop was at the 'famous' Big Red Barn or The Warehouse - everyone had spoken about how brilliant it was so we just had to check it out..it really does sell everything you need under one roof! We brought advent calanders!

The drive to Te Anau wasnt long and our campsite was very pretty - with lovely views. We cooked ourselves a great camping meal of spagetti on toast with cheese and watched a DVD in Twiki.
