Left this morning by bus to the Veneto. Got off @ Piazzale Roma and walked through the lanes and over Rialto Bridge towards San Marco Square. Today was a 7:15am breaky again and we left for Venice via Lake Garda (biggest lake in Italia) and Verona. At Lake Garda, we crossed the lake in a boat with the bus on it too (From Maderno to Torri). Woke up early this morning to visit the Cinque Terre (5 villages). First village stop was Riomaggiore, a small town which we didnt see much of becaus it was only 8amish and everything was pretty much still closed. Left this morning for Cinque Terre (La Spezia) via Lucca and Pisa first. Old Lucca is surrounded by a wall and has over 20 churches. We first went to Basilica di San Frediano where there is the body of St. Zita (patron saint of servants) mummified in a glass case.
