OK! so its the last few days of my American adventure! As you can tell from the pix i pretty much went crazy with photos of Disney but it was the BEST! spent as much time here as we could, but a day really isnt enough to be honest - i really wish it could have been longer. Pretty much did all the rides we wanted too and it wasnt that busy which was a bonus. Faves were the Nightmare before Xmas house, Indiana Jones, Finding Nemo, Big Thunder Railroad, Star Wars and Honey i shrunk the Audience - but i could list ALL the rides.

The whole of LA is in a bit of a haze at the moment becuase of the fires that they had a week or so ago - when u drive into downtown its like real low cloud - but of course its still the smoke. The fires are all out now, but just. We werent sure how it was going to be - but they managed to sort it all out. Thats why the pix look a little overcast - everywhere was effected. But it didnt ruin the day! lol. there was so much to do we didnt even have time to find mickey mouse :o( but never mind - we all know the REAL micky mouse lives in Florida :o)

To be honest there isnt much else to shout about with LA - we went to Hollywood and the Walk of Fame, saw the sign, Graumans Theatre and went to Venice Beach, but it wasnt that great - a bit tacky i would say. i wouldnt go back - well, not to downtown LA i would have liked to have travelled a bit more to like San Diego or San Fransisco - but we didnt have the time. Oh well, maybe next time im out here.......

Off to New Zealand now for a couple of years - so next time i blog it will be from there! wont be for a while yet as im going to be settling in and sorting myself out with work and a place to stay for the new year so keep safe everyone and i will blog soon! xxxxxx
