Today we went out to Palm Beach, were Home and Away is filmed, I got way to excited about being there! It was pretty cool though seeing where it is filmed. Emms and Becca left this morning, so a bit sad about that! Just fill you in on what else we did this weekend, Saturday we went to Paddy's Market which sells super cheap souvenirs, so Becca and Emms finished off their present shopping, we then wondered around the town, cooked dinner and got ready to go out, again enjoying the 'delights' of goon! Went out to the Blue Mountains today which were beautiful. We started off the day with a 3h long walk through the mountains, we went down a long way, which obviously meant it was a trek all the way back up! The walk was so tiring, but the scenery was lush, we saw lots of pretty waterfalls, and had to walk down some seriously steep steps. Was nice to be woken up the sun shining and a free breakfast at the hostel! We (including the Italian Mara in our room) went out quite early, we walked through the Botanical Gardens, to Lady Macquarie's Chair, which is an amazing look out point over the harbour, so we got some great photos in the sun of the Opera House and Harbour Bridge, it's quite surreal seeing them in real life!
