Monday 6th - Wednesday 8th February 2012 Today we left Rangitata at 7:30am to Christchurch - this is where I said bye to Nat and Carly as they were flying back to Auckland. I arrived at the hostel at 12:00pm checked into my room and headed into the main city center. It was very upsetting to see the state of the main center form the Earthquake. I got another early night. Sunday 6th February We got up to get the bus at 9am, to Rangitata. I went white water rafting - it was amazing we went on some grade 5 rapids; it was so cool until we flipped. It was really scary but we lived it was good fun. That evening we had a BBQ and an early night of swapping photos and details with Carly and Nat before we headed separate directions.

Saturday 4th February Detox begins - somehow we made the 8:45am bus after getting in around 4:30/5:00am. We were heading to Mount Cook today. Mt Cook is the highest mountain in NZ, unfortunately we did not have enough time to climb it but we went to see a 3D movie about the mountain, which was good - then we got dinner in the hostels restaurant before getting an early night.

28th January - 3rd Feb 2012 QUEENSTOWN - party central of NZ!!!!!!!! Home of the bungee jumping!! Very excited to finally reach this place. We arrived late in the evening and on a Friday night so obviously it was time to party, party, party!! Carly, Nat, Mark, Dylan, Dave and I headed out for a big one. 26th - 27th January 2012 We had the morning in Greymouth, where Nat and I went on a good 45mins run, then we headed to the supermarket with Mark and Carly before heading back on the bus to Franz Josef. We arrived late afternoon and went in the Jacuzzi before heading to the bar for some dinner and then to the bar, and competing in a limbo competition, Dylan managed to get into the final, although lots due to rick paper scissors and the end to come second...
