Hey all,

Well we have moved to the otherside of Thailand now and enjoyed 4 nights in Krabi. We saw a thai boxing match and felt sorry for the young boys as they were knocked out a few times. The smell of tiger balm was so strong as they are covered in it. As we keep telling you about the toilets they were really really gross in the stadium and were unisex too which is really weird!!!

In krabi we did a couple of day tours and went to James Bond island where they filmed one of them!!!! This was so cool as we went on a longtail boat all through the limestone moutains and kayaked around them. We then visted a floating resturant in the middle of the sea which was amazing and really good food too. Part of this tour was an elephant ride and show. Unfortunatly it started to rain in the afternoon and while we were on the heffalump it was chucking it down. Do feel sorry for them but i hope and think they get looked after well. The show was so cruel making them dance and do handstands, but we fed them so it made us feel a bit better.

We then did a kayaking tour through the mangroves and into caves, was shocked that i got sarah onto it but afetr a few goes we were ok at the steering....well sort of. We ached so much the next day and decided to a have athai massage which was just what we needed. We ate quiet a bit of english food here to give our stomch a bit of a rest!!

We then got on a boat to Phi Phi, where we got very burnt even though it was overcast...whoops! It is gourgous here and kind of what we thought thailand would be...lots of lanes with shops and no roads. Weather has been nice in morning then turns at about lunch time, but its not cold which is a bonus. Did a tour of the beaches on a boat and went to where the beach was filmed. Unfortunatly we didn't get to go onto the beach as we decided to do a tour on a boat for the whole day instead of going on our own in a longtail boat..you live and learn. But we wouldn't have seen all the other bays and beaches and snorkelled over coral. Oh yeah never drink the night before you have a boat trip...lets just say that i (vicky) fed the fish well today!!! we go to the party island of phangnan and don't really drink and come here where it is so peaceful and have a few too many. It has been a good day though. Off to Phuket tomorrow for 2 nights so hopefully get more pics up soon.
