Oslo!!!!
Drove to Oslo and found a nice camp. Next day it was drizzling so decided to explore Oslo by car! Drove to Viking ship museum and saw impressive old ships and stuff that they had found in them then drove to KonTiki museum and learnt about Thor Hyderdahls 3 expeditions and they had 2 of the boats there it was interesting except for all the stuff on Easter Island which we learn at school so I already knew it. Drove to Royal Palace and saw changing of the guard then wandered down to an old fortress and castle beside the sea!Then headed back to camp! The next day wee drove to Trondheim past lots of farms and Lillehammer scene of the 1994 winter Olympics. It had a big ski jump then went through big alpine area which was wild and beautiful I then went to sleep till we arrived in Trondheim. Had dinner and promised Kay we would bring the good weather with us but at that point it wasn’t to hopeful. Headed towards Lensvik and when we got there used mum’s memory to try and find the Landro’s house which was quite unsuccessful until I got them to send Kenneth out as a search party we found him and had a meeting on the road before driving back to their house! Was really cool to see Kay and Lars Arne again. Juliet wasn’t there but I got to meet Kenneth for the first time which was cool because I had talked to him on msn but never met. Anyway had night catching up and eating 2 bowls of strawberries YUM!!!!
