It's Tuesday night which means I have just completed Day 3 of Week 3. It's been a while since my last blog so I will try and summarize what this past week has been like. Asanas have been slowing down to add more time for theory (philosophy and now anatomy and psychology), sequencing and learning both English and Sanskrit names of all the asanas. It is now Saturday evening which means I have completed my first full week of teachers training!! It also means that I was lucky enough to have a day off from yoga and teachers training! I spent my day learning how to cook Raw Thai Food from a darling little Thai lady named Ta at her home on Koh Samui.
